Angela Roche-Isaac joined the Executive Search industry in 1995 and since then, has developed wide industry experience, specifically in the Technology and Industrial Infrastructure sectors.
Technology companies encompassed Multinationals and Asian Home grown enterprises in Information Technology, Satellite Communication, Telcommunications, e-Business and ICT Consulting.
Clients in the Industrial Infrastructure sector encompass companies in Engineering & Construction, Real Estate Development, Power & Utilities, Oil & Gas, Process Industries, Capital Equipment and Supply Chain Management.

Prior to executive search, Angela spent 5 years in Corporate Sales & Marketing, and Key Account Management. She is a graduate in Economics from the University of London. She enjoys reading, golf and travelling.
Derrick Lai
Derrick has more than 20 years of working experience spanning across Information Technology, Consulting, Manufacturing and Executive Recruitment before setting up TheExecutiveCircle.
Starting his early career with a leading engineering company, he subsequently moved into the dynamic IT sector, where he joined a world leading IT company, consulting and driving the key business unit there. Derrick later joined a Fortune 500 International Recruitment company, taking charge of the Singapore operations and was instrumental in its early success.
Combining his experience in the IT and Recruitment industries, he currently leads the IT & Telecoms Practice for TheExecutiveCircle, managing Mid to Senior levels positions across Engineering, Consulting, Project/Program Management, Service Delivery, Sales & Marketing and Corporate Staff Management functions in Singapore and the SE Asia region.
Having come from the industry, Derrick understands the complexity, competition and dynamics of the IT & Telecommunications sector. He has successfully recruited for segments ranging from IT Infrastructure, Applications and Consulting Services.
Assignments ranged across SOA, Data Centre, Outsourcing Services, Managed Services, IT Shared Services, Security, Networks, Middeware, Business Intelligence, Call Centre Operations, NOCs, Desktop services and ERP Applications.

Helen Shek
Helen Shek came into Executive Search following a career spanning 20 years in Sales and Marketing.
Born and educated in Hong Kong in one of the most intensely competitive business environments, Helen’s work experience has spanned consumer marketing, manufacturing and governmental organizations.
Helen was the Director of Marketing and Public Relations at the British Council in Hong Kong and she was instrumental in making the organisation customer oriented, financially self-sufficient and more competitive with the private sector.
She then became the General Manager for a U.S. owned manufacturing company and played a key role in paving the way for its listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and relocating the manufacturing base from Hong Kong to China.
Her two further roles as General Manager for Celine and Regional Manager for Cartier, the French luxury goods companies, preceeded her Executive Search move.
Helen is an acclaimed public speaker on the experience of establishing and successfully operating business in China and has also served as an independent Human Resources Consultant to multinational retailers such as Carrefour and The Body Shop.
A graduate of the Chinese University of Hong Kong, Helen also holds a postgraduate degree from the University of Hull. Her postgraduate thesis dealt with the development of a new Asian based model for the headhunting business. With close to 15 years of headhunting experience serving regional clients in the region, Helen provides her expertise in screening the best talent available in Singapore, Hong Kong and Shanghai.
